Father’s Day, we were honored to celebrate with the generous support of Synergy Home Care. Their sponsorship made our event unforgettable, bringing families together to cherish and honor our beloved fathers. Ms. Patricia Rogers came to Sandy Lake Rehab and Care Center after a pelvic fracture. Upon admission, Patricia presented with decreased strength, endurance, pain, and was unable to complete activities of daily living without caregiver assistance.
